Feelin on yo booty anticipation

I picked up my contact sheets for my headshots. They are awesome. The polaroids are nothing compared to the real deal. I look fresh and sweet on my commercial shot, and kind of sexy and sophisticated on my film shot. I'm just getting frustrated again because now I have to wait 8 days for my 8x10s, and then a few more days after that for my copies. I really wanted those pictures sooner, in case there is a casting. But that's what I get for procrastinating anyway!

I talked with another photographer who does pictures for Playboy and he's giving me a sweet deal for pictures so I'm gonna meet with him this week. So I'll have some cute stuff for the member's section soon.

And I found a place on South Beach with really cute bikinis DIRT CHEAP. I would say how cheap, but then other people would find out and it wouldn't be my secret. So I'll just tell a selected few, and let you guys be the judge as to how cute these bikinis are!!!

There is still no word on the R. Kelly video for Feelin on Your Booty. I'm beginning to think that I probably won't get a good part, because after all I was number 244. And I have no idea what the director was looking for. I know I shouldn't even think negative like that, but I can't help it.

I really need to go meditate, because I have no patience, and that's not getting me anywhere but frustrated!

Off My Chest

Well personal drama has reared it's ugly head. Sometimes that happens. Anyway it prevented me from finishing my shoot with Digital Creations. I didn't get a chance to call them until the next day, but hey sometimes things like that can't be avoided. I'm pretty sure that Derrick understands, and he shot some other girls that night too, so he wasn't held up because of me.

Plus I read the Diary for On Probation, and he claims I wasted his time. For one, we never had an appointment to break. When I called him to make one, he couldn't at that time. Then I pursue another opportunity and he couldn't reach me. So you guys know what, from now on, all my booking can go through my agent. That's his job anyway. It's my job to keep training as an actress and director and stay on the right path to success.

Sometimes I get so frustrated with this biz though! I work very hard, and people don't seem to realize, appreciate it, or give a f*ck. Now if a contract, release or something was signed and money was on the table for me up front, I don't think that anyone would have to worry. I'd be like f*ck you to everything and everyone else when it comes to a paycheck, but that wasn't the case!

I love the internet, and being a net model, but I am also a real actress and model with lessons, bookings, castings, etc. I have a family that is my number one priority, and I am also a realtor and real estate investor. My plate is full, and I really wanted to keep this site as personal as possible, but I do have a life to live!

I can't be at home on the computer if I have a casting. That doesn't feed my family!

Audition

Well, I've got an audition tomorrow for an R. Kelly video. I think the song is Feelin' on Your Booty. It pays well, and Billie Woodruff is the Director, so I really hope that I get a part! I'm glad that Paul Neil of Picture Perfect hooked me up on the info. I'm gonna keep this entry short, so I can get some rest for the casting.

Headshots

I shot headshots with Lynn Parks today. She is awesome. My polaroids came out really great!!! And Lynn says she knows we got some good shots.She seems to think I have a great commercial look and can get a lot of work.

I was instantly comfortable with her. She's a really sweet woman, and an excellent photographer!

I can't wait to see the finished product!

Photo Shoot

Shot with Derrick Threatt of Digital Creations along with Paul Neil of Picture Perfect. What can I say about the shoot?...It wasn't good, it wasn't bad. It was my first shoot with them, so it was a little awkward. Something I can truly say is that I'm learning a lot about the business, and the people associated with it.

Derrick didn't look anything like I thought he would. He was cute with pretty eyes. He's got some really nice equipment and stuff. I think I'm gonna be on Models Next Door. These pics are pretty steamy so beware. But I can say, I haven't gone topless or full monty yet. He takes a lot of butt shots, and hell, every woman should have some of those. What you use them for is up to you ;-)
